Bhaijaanz is the brainchild of 5 hardcore Salman Khan Fans – Tabrez Shaikh, Rahul Kanal, Kursheed Khan, Sohail Siddique, and Zafar Sayed Yusuf.
Following Bollywood stars, carrying similar gadgets as they do, getting a similar haircut, or getting their name and photos tattooed is an old fashion now. What’s new and hot to the fan following trends, is this new restaurant themed on their favourite Bollywood star.
Bhaijaanz restaurant’s entrance has been built in a fashion that matches the entry gate of Salman Khan’s house at Galaxy apartment. Not just the entrance, but the entire restaurant is designed and embedded with Salman bhai’s favourites, and is in accordance with his filmy themes.
This restaurant has a capacity to serve 85 persons at a time, and has been accessible to the public since March 9 this year. Rahul Kanal, one of the five partners of Bhaijaanz, tweeted an inside picture of the restaurant saying “Don’t you simply love the Hulk version of Salman Bhai?”
The menu is no less fancy and has dishes and drinks named or categorized as ‘Andaz Apna Apna’, and ‘Ek Garam Chai Ki Pyali Ho’, a mutton dish named ‘dabang 1′, and a chicken dish named ‘dabang 2′; for vegetarians they have ‘Jai ho’. The most popular dishes are categorized as ‘most wanted’ and Salman’s favourites as ‘mera hi jalwa’.
Ravi Kanal, brother of one of the founders says “Everything in the restaurant is inspired by Salman, his life, his likes and dislikes.” Here are some of the facts about BHAIJAANZ that makes the place a must visit.
1. A small food joint a month back is today a 85 seater Salman Khan themed Restaurant. Yes, the whole concept had been built and implemented in a time period of just a month. The small joint Bhaijaanz was totally unrelated from this concept a month ago.
2. The most common and popular blue coloured bracelet that Salman Khan wears all the time, has been incorporated in the dining tables.
3. A tribute to this great artist also needs to be great. And only great lovers like them could have done this. 147 ten rupees notes are hanging around in the restaurant and the serial numbers of these notes match with the release dates of his movies. Isn’t that really crazy?
4. If you dream of getting a photo of you standing in Salman Khan’s apartment, then your dream may soon come true if you visit Bhaijaanz. They have decorated their restaurant’s balcony in the exact same fashion as Sallu bhai’s balcony.
5. Any guesses what you would be watching while sitting at Bhaijaanz? It’s only Salman Khan’s songs and his blockbuster movies. That is pretty obvious!
